FX book recommendations

I just bought a book called Special Effects Make-up by Janus Vinther. It's a great book but seems to just scratch the surface. I'm looking for a book like it that maybe gets more in depth about materials and usage. I'm very interested in animatronics and puppeteered masks and the like. Know of any good books?
