Sat, February 26, 2005 - 8:56 PMi have found even cheaper glitters in abundance at flax here in the city, in the kids art section. they are about 99 cents to 3 bucks for a pretty large amount. i'm not sure aout how fine you need the powder though. these glitters have worked for me in the past and are really cheap too!

Thu, March 10, 2005 - 12:48 PMcan't remember the name of the shop; it's on the tip of my tongue. haight street, near ashbury, starts with an M.... anyway, fantastic selection of very fine glitter in about the four dollar price range and about a million colours. you know the shop, fabric, art supplies, feathers.... don't know what you mean by "non-metallic" gold and silver, but they do have some that aren't shiny. -

Mike, you can either go see if there is a store on the tip of Naia's tongue, or check out Mendels - a damn good craft store (and grest suggestion) with oodles of goodies.
I would definitely check out Naia's tongue first, though...
